Ross Tenneson

Ross is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities and longs to see worshipers of Jesus fill every neighborhood of the metro area. He began to passionately follow Jesus in 2007 when he was attending the Free Lutheran Bible School (Associates of General Bible) in Plymouth, Minnesota. He finished his undergraduate degree at the University of Northwestern—St. Paul (B.S. Psychology). While at Northwestern, Ross began to sense a burden to teach the Word of God.

After college, Ross managed a few group homes in the Twin Cities area. He learned valuable lessons about leadership, patience, and humility while serving the disabled. He returned to the classroom a few years later and graduated from Bethlehem College & Seminary (M.Div.).

After seminary, Ross helped plant All Peoples Church, where he has gladly served as a pastor ever since. In January of 2022, he married Charlotte, the love of his life. They live together in South Minneapolis and enjoy frequenting the parks, lakes, and creeks nearby.

Ross loves sharing the amazing things the Bible teaches with everyday people. He also loves the church and desires to see every Christian embrace their call to make disciples. He believes God does not reserve the work of disciple-making to paid “professionals” but calls and equips every believer to participate in this great work.

Outside of normal pastoral duties, Ross focuses on preaching, the church-membership process, and managing the staff and building.
